From where + price: I first saw this new foundation at Tokmanni but I ended up picking it up when I went to the local Minimani for grocery shopping. The price was 5,59 € (taxes included in the price) for 30 ml/ net 1.01 fl. oz.

The product claims: Liquid, lightweight make up with strong matt effect for a perfect skin tone. Long lasting and waterproof. Mixable with other colours.
Easy to use? #insta perfect is a liquid foundation which causes it to soak into brushes/sponges (it does require suprisingly alot of the product when applying). It blends to the skin nicely leaving a very natural matt finish. The foundation also layers well giving better coverage when needed.
I used a foundation brush from Real Techniques to spread the liquid and then finished my foundation with a makeup sponge. After I used the brush I felt that I needed something to soften the brush lines which were somewhat visible. Next time I will try just dotting the foundation and bouncing with the sponge for a faster finish.
The foundation lasted really well on my face. It started to wear off from the nose but its not the foundations fault, its the cold that I have. I need to blow my nose more often than not and there isn't a foundation that can survive that. On my forehead and cheeks its looked great keeping them matt in a natural looking way. This wear test was done without a primer.
Buy again? Yes I would buy it again! I really like the finish of it and the price!
Things to mentions! The shade range is sad with only nine shades and most of them are meant for lighter complexions. On the other hand I did find myself a really good match and the shades 40 and 50 most likely will also be good matchesduring the winter time when I loose my tan. I have a slight yellow undertone to my skin and many foundations have too much pink in them. Another note worthy thing is the scent of the product which is strong at least in the beginning. It has a perfumy smell and I can see how that could irritate some peoples skin/nose.
